President & Director of Operations

President and Director of Operations has personally done many aspects of real estate investing including long-term multifamily holds, single family portfolio flips and holds, facilitating large new construction commercial deals, and value add SF and multi family. His main focus the past couple years have been flipping large single family portfolios both low end and luxury all over Colorado and Washington state. He facilitated the acquisitions, financing, and construction operations to finish those portfolios personally and alongside several well versed experienced mentors who he eventually partnered with. Mentors that educated him on luxury real estate in the highest price market in the world, Aspen, CO and the surrounding Ski Resort Towns and a multiple award winning 20+ year HUD redeveloper who has done over 800+ deals. While in the Washington market, Austin did a deep dive into the construction side of real estate investing, a vital key part for success. After stumbling upon the Louisville market on accident in 2019 purchasing a house site unseen, to now owning a large portfolio, he intends to utilize his knowledge from over 100+ verifiable deals facilitated and completed over the past 8 years to make a dent in redeveloping Louisville in addition to stimulating economic growth through providing affordable housing.

Personal Accomplishments: 

-Austin was lucky enough to be heavily active as a real estate investor and experience/witness an almost full real estate cycle in one of the hottest and fastest growing metropolitan cities in the nation (Denver) buying his first residence and 4 Plex at just age 19. 

-He also performed at the world renowned Red Rocks Amphitheatre as a alternative pop/ hip hop artist opening up for world class acts in addition to performing at many large venues in the City of Denver. Also, as a show/ artist promoter, he has also coordinated over 65+ shows and events in his event promotion career handling everything from marketing, event coordination and also performing at these events along with creating a large catalog of music and roughly 10 professionally filmed music videos.

-Before reaching the age of 20 years old,  Austin successful built a software development company and high end car chauffeur service. The car service business had 7 active cars in there fleet and 6 full time drivers at its peak. The software business's most notable project developed a full service back end online ordering service for restaurants, specializing in Chinese takeout.
